The ACF was founded in 2018 with a mission of ending hunger in Michigan. The Fund grants money to provide food, build awareness around agriculture, educate, and help citizens throughout the state. The ACF is also committed to serving Michigan families and creating learning environments for children in schools.
The Landis Agency and other agents through out the state are able to sponsor grants because of the generous donors and personal financial commitments to the cause of the ACF.
