The Landis Agency is family-owned and was started during a time of great uncertainty. Since the agency's founding, Kate's goal has been to provide her clients with a source of stability. Through life-changing events, Kate and her team have provided peace of mind with the right insurance protection. The Landis Agency will always do what's best for its clients.

    Kate Landis

    Insurance Agent

    Kate started at Farm Bureau Insurance in 2020. She loves helping people protect the things that matter most to them and insuring them properly. Kate is proud to represent a company that has focus on eliminating childhood hunger in MI. As a member of the Agent Charitable Fund, she has been able to sponsor local grants to food pantries serving the food insecure families in the Greater Grand Rapids Area.

    Stacey Ruter

    Operations Manager

    Stacey started with Farm Bureau Insurance in November of 2023. She loves learning about an industry designed to help and protect people in her community. She and her husband have been together for 20 years and share a son who joined the Spartan family in 2024! Stacey enjoys spending her free time at the lake, kayaking, camping and watching football.

    Chris has been with Farm Bureau Insurance since 2019 and loves helping clients reach their goals. Her favorite part of her role is being able to satisfy the customers. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, biking, snowshoeing, and reading!

    Sales Representative

    Daryn is our sales representative here at the Landis Agency! His favorite part of the role is building meaningful relationships and being there to help families feel confident and secure in their coverage decisions. In his free time, Daryn enjoys golfing, staying active, and spending time with his fiancé and their two orange cats.
